In this contemporary movement class, we begin with gentle improvisational scores designed to warm the body and expand physical awareness. From there, we transition into contemporary floor work that encourages a softer, more responsive connection to the ground. Through thoughtful, methodical sequencing, you’ll deepen your relationship with gravity while exploring the dynamic balance between strength and release, effort and ease.
Guided by breath, anatomical awareness, and an evolving sensitivity to the floor, nurturing both groundedness and expressive freedom.
