Fio is a forward-thinking theatre company based in Cardiff. They are interested in art, artists and ideas. They work with Global Majority artists to wrestle and reinvent the theatrical cannon or/and create new works that challenge, provoke, and inspire.

The General Manager and Senior Producer is a key leadership role supporting the company’s artistic vision by ensuring efficient operations, excellent governance, and sustainable growth.
They particularly welcome applications from people from the Global Majority, who are currently under‑represented in our sector in Wales.
