Casglu is a monthly space for professional dancers and movement practitioners to come together, explore their craft and learn from established industry leaders.
This workshop is open to anyone curious about learning from their own body and imagination. There is an inherent grace that appears in movement when we begin to source and trust our own dance. The workshop will explore processes that support an active dialogue between sensation, imagination, and movement, and compositions that emerge in each moment.
