Leadership in Action: the Director in the Rehearsal Room

Wed 11 Nov @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Spend an afternoon with Kate Wasserberg, Artistic Director of Theatr Clwyd, and dive into the intricacies of how a Director leads a room and a company.

The role of the Director extends so much further than the core creative idea, they are a manager, a negotiator and a leader of both the acting company and the creative team. How you set intentions, communicate your ideas and work collaboratively can dramatically change a process and a final performance. If you are an aspiring or emerging director keen to add core skills to your toolkit, or an established one interested in learning from industry leaders, this session is for you.
