SUMMARY:Casglu with Eli Williams
DESCRIPTION:In this contemporary movement class\, we begin with gentle improvisational scores designed to warm the body and expand physical awareness. From there\, we transition into contemporary floor work that encourages a softer\, more responsive connection to the ground. Through thoughtful\, methodical sequencing\, you’ll deepen your relationship with gravity while exploring the dynamic balance between strength and release\, effort and ease. \n\n\n\nGuided by breath\, anatomical awareness\, and an evolving sensitivity to the floor\, nurturing both groundedness and expressive freedom. \n\n\n\n\nSign Up Here\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEli is a contemporary dance artist\, choreographer\, and yoga teacher based in North Wales. Eli’s freelance practice spans youth and community engagement\, performance\, movement direction\, and choreography\, working with companies such as Jones the Dance\, Theatr Clwyd\, and Fran Wen. Rooted in collaboration and somatic practice\, Eli’s work navigates themes of embodiment\, identity\, and community. Her approach to movement and facilitation is warm\, inclusive\, reflective\, and gently paced\, creating a supportive environment where participants can connect deeply with their bodies and movement.

SUMMARY:Write With... Russell T Davis
DESCRIPTION:Write With… is an on-line communal work session to nurture creativity\, carve out time to be a playwright and hold yourself accountable to your goals as a professional playwright. \n\n\n\nYou can join us at home\, on the train\, in a café – anywhere that you might carve out time to be a writer. \n\n\n\nThese sessions are not an opportunity to share work\, receive feedback on your work or pitch ideas to either Sherman Theatre or Theatr Clwyd – it is to focus on the process of writing\, build community and find support with fellow playwrights. \n\n\n\nOur first Write With… will be led by award-winning writer and producer Russell T Davis. \n\n\n\nRussell’s most notable works include Doctor Who\, It’s a Sin\, Torchwood\, A Very English Scandal and Queer as Folk. He is currently Creative Associate for the Welsh National Theatre’s Our Town.
